Step #1 Review Application

We move as quickly as possible to ensure the right fit, for you and the Govenda team. We read every resume and try to gain insights and perspective for every candidate who takes the time to apply.

Step #2 Brief Assessment

Initially qualified candidates will take a 25-30 minute assessment to ensure that your abilities and qualifications are a strong fit for the role to which you applied.

We think this is the best way (for both of us) to see if there is a good fit. Your first interview is with the person who has all the answers about your potential new role.
