The Enterprise Edition of the Govenda board portal and iPad application includes unlimited users and 24-hour telephone support as well as advanced compliance controls important to larger enterprises. In addition, for every new Enterprise Edition customer, Govenda will provide a free nonprofit subscription to one organization of the customer’s choosing.

The new service and subscription models are as follows:
- The Enterprise Edition includes 24-hour telephone support, 365 days a year, and unlimited users. Advanced compliance controls allow Enterprise users to control printing, downloading and annotating documents as well as automate document retention policies.
- Companies that don’t require 24/7 support or more granular compliance options can choose the Professional Edition of Govenda, which includes live telephone support 8 am to 8 pm US EST and 15 users.
- The subscription cost for nonprofits remains the same. Nonprofits have access to live telephone support 8 am to 8 pm US EST.
